Maruti Suzuki Sx4 - Men are Back? Lol….
Now if thats a Man…. I haven’t seen such a dumb, sick and boring dude before. Yes thats right!
I had an opportunity to take a test drive of the Maruti Suzuki Sx4 recently. And trust me I am glad that I took the test drive. The car was just horrible.
Firstly the demo car I took a test drive on had already run appox 10,000 kms and the feel of the car was just like that of a Taxi(Cab). Trust me a Taxi in mumbai is much better.
The car lacks digital temperature indicator (the one that shows car cooling temp inside the car), the in-built music system looks funny, the dashboard of the car has a huge feeling, the rear of the car is bit odd giving you a horrible feel during reverse. The a/c navigation menu are roller based, which should be a big no no if you have to call it a luxury car (Well almost all luxury cars I have seen have digital menu’s).
Apart from the Steering mounted Music System controller, I see no good in the Suzuki Sx4.
I would call my Maruti Suzuki Swift a much much better car than the Maruti Sx4. So if you are planning to have a test drive of the Sx4, I recommend try the Maruti Swift and then try the Sx4. I repeat the Maruti Suzuki Swift a much much better car.

Being an owner of Sx4 and member of the blog I take it as my responsibility to give a genuine feedback about the car. Well looks very aggressive & bold, it’s study & muscular shape gives it amazing appearance on exteriors. It completes my style statement & suits my personality. On interiors its soooooooo room-y that I find traveling much easy and comfortable now. Leg room is gr8 and one can easily stretch legs while traveling. Its packed with so many of safety features which makes life absolutely safe, both for driver and passengers. Technically I m not sure of my knowledge bt I only knw tht it has got a gr8 fuel efficient engine and which gives gr8 pick up & power & completes the aggressive appeal. On the flip side of the coin I find sum prblm while reversing but I didn’t want to leave so many benefits jst bcoz of ths small issue (wch almst all sedans hav) so I hav put an electronic reversing sensor which digitally tells me about car’s distance frm the object on rear side.
Net net I am more thn satisfied by the performance & total boquet of benefits I get frm ths car

Finally I got sumthng wch is a unmatchd bundle of benefits yet suits my pocket its stunning and stylish , bold and reflects inception of new India. Performance wise it’s a gr8 car and makes life easier in jams since u don’t hav to switch gears at lower speeds real fuel efficient engine wth high pulling power is sumthing wch is ideally impossible bt ths car has proved impossible is nothing. Rearview while reversing is a problem bt I don’t think its tht big n issue since ths prblm is common across sedans issue cud b countered wth sensors . to my mind its not n intelligent move to leave a several advantages jst to avoid an small trouble wch can be easily addressed . I m 110% satisfied by my purchase and also recommend all of u at least chk this option before making ur mind for a new car after all 7+ lac is not a joke.

I always believed tht its impossible to join to extremes of any thing but Sx4 has really joined power with fuel efficiency, style with safety, sturdy an macho looks with true performance. cabin is luxurious and spacious and gives u real feel of the money spent . I feel if all these features of the car wud hav cost me 20-50 K more thn I wud hav taken tht also. it delivers more thn my expectations and I m delighted by my decision

I wntd to upgrade my car bt unfortunately I didn’t hav any car appealing to my taste wch suits my budget also. Thn I heard abt sx4 so I thought of checking it out with the first sight I was sure tht ths is sumthng I always wntd and whn executive educated me abt features of the car and all the features I get vis-vis amount spent I was more thn convinced of booking it bt still being rationale I thought of taking a test drive and the ride was jst unbeatable. To my surprise it has got every thing be it power, control, safety, luxury, style, aggression, performance …… and what not! I booked my vehicle tht very moment and nw it has been 3 months since I m enjoying the ride of it. it’s a gr8 car !
